A BREAKDOWN in relations between the Numurkah Floodplan Mitigation Project Steering Committee (NFMPSC) and Moira Shire Council has prompted the committee to request an extraordinary meeting to address council’s alleged failure to operate under the committee’s terms of reference, resulting in little progress being made on mitigation measures since Option A was formally adopted two years ago.
